Universal heat-resistant anti-wear grease based on highly refined mineral oils with a thickener based on heat-stable complex lithium soap with addition of synthetic esters and special anti-wear, anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion additives. Developed for long-term lubrication of ball and roller bearings operating under high thermal and mechanical loads.
Properties:
- The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Keeps its performance properties from -30 °C to +170 °C, which increases the service life of the bearings;
- Forms a durable, water-, temperature- and contamination-resistant lubricating film, which extends change intervals and reduces maintenance costs;
- Protects bearings and other separate parts against corrosion;
- Has good thermal and mechanical stability, effectively resists oxidation;
- Meets a wide range of requirements, allowing the use of a single grease in most friction units;
- Compatible with most standard lithium greases;
- The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life 5 years from the date of production.

Application: For lubrication of heavily loaded slide and roller bearings, hub bearings, various joints, cardan joints, suspension units and other units exposed to shock loads and vibrations in vehicles, agricultural and off-road equipment. In commercial vehicles – of assemblies working under medium and high loads (axle bearings and drives, cardan shaft bearings, wheel hubs, dumper truck bodies, towing devices, cardan shafts, steering knuckles, lifting devices, handbrake actuators, fifth-wheel couplings).
Suitable for use in industrial equipment requiring a high-temperature high-pressure grease NLGI 2: foundries, vibrating machinery, mining, roller conveyors, etc.
